How To Enable New Google Navigation Bar?

It has been found that Google is rolling out new design changes in all the sites and now they change the Navigation bar, as they change the navigation design when they launch the Google+ Social Network. From the new Google navigation bar you can share anything directly on the Google+ social network right inside from any Google network website by just click on the “+ Share” button which you will find top right corner. The new navigation bar has so many changes and you will get all the Google network site links as drop-down list while you place your cursor on the Google Logo.
