BSNL Tablet Penta TPAD IS701R Vs Aakash 2 Tablet : Comparison

BSNL has launched three tablets including two 7 inch resistive screen based tabs with Android 2.3 operating system while the third tablet comes with an 8 inch capacitive touchscreen.

BSNL tablets are made by Noida based company – Pantel, the tablets will be sold with discounted data plans from BSNL. The three tablets T-Pad IS701R, T-Pad WS704C and T-Pad WS802C are priced at Rs 3,250, Rs 10,999 and Rs 13,500 respectively.

“Aakash-2 tablets, which are improvised version of Aakasha-1 tablets with a faster processor and a capacitive touch screen, will be launched in April-May and will available to college and university students at the same price as Aakash-1 tablets.

There is price difference of Rs. 750 to Rs. 1000/- between both tablets and Aakash-2 is cheaper though BSNL tablets has better specification than Aakash-2.
