The Amazon Appstore for Android was earlier available to users in the United States only but that restriction is no longer in place. Using the Amazon Appstore for Android lets you instantly download games and mobile apps for your Android device. You can shop the Amazon Appstore either from your computer or from our Amazon Appstore app on your Android device.

To get started, go to: amazon.com/appstoregetstarted from your android device and first install the Amazon Appstore app on your android device, in order to buy and download apps from the Amazon Appstore for Android.

You can buy apps for your Android device from either the Amazon Appstore for Android app or from your browser on your computer. You can try many apps available in the Amazon Appstore before purchasing for free on your computer. Just find the “Test drive now” button to try out an app. The test drive feature requires Flash. But sorry to say that test drive feature now not available for international users.
